Came to Canada to create a better life for himself and his family. With skills learned back home in concrete and in masonry; Neoncityca Construction is applied all his knowledge and pushed through barriers to always perform excellent workmanship. Neoncityca's vision was to extend his skills and hard work though to his children so they could continue to sow the seeds that he had planted. Neoncityca did just that – and with hands on experience, they extended their skills by educating themselves with the necessary industry applied degrees and certificates, to create a true master builder from just masonry subcontract division.
With their hands in subcontract divisions, two through four, Neoncityca Construction has grown to become a construction company that now includes General contracting/Construction Management, Bulk Excavation, through to Site Services, Concrete and Masonry.

Architecture Before any construction is performed a full set of architectural plans are to be submitted to the Building Department for review and approval, this is to make sure the plans are in full compliance with building codes, the full set of plans will require planning riser diagrams, electrical plan, HVAC, fire suppression, fire alarm if required, sprinkler system if required, lightning diagrams, occupancy diagram, parking diagram if required, signage if required, elevation, roof diagram if needed with HVAC and refrigeration components.
